MEMBERSHIP PRICES

Regular ($160), Contributing ($200) and Retired ($60) members receive both print and online subscriptions. Student ($50), Special Health Worker ($60) and Consumer ($60) members receive online only. A subsidized student print copy can be added for an additional ($30)

Once APHA has received payment, you will begin receiving the print journal, and you will receive a letter with instructions for obtaining access to the World Wide Web edition; the letter will direct you to an online form. You will be asked to provide the following information necessary to activate your subscription to AJPH Online:

• A user name and password that you can easily remember
  
• Your name, phone number, and email address
  
• Your membership ID number (included with the letter)
