Cover. The cover photograph this month was provided by the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health. It features Anthony Trochez beside a mobile billboard with an antismoking message just prior to his participation in a news conference on February 22, 2005, in Hollywood, California. Trochez and several Los Angeles County public health officials joined more than 20 nations in a worldwide protest against the lack of action and silence on the issue of smoking in movies. The moving billboards traversed Los Angeles County the week before the Academy Awards and targeted major studios and entertainment venues.
