DRAINAGE AS AN ANTI-MALARIA MEASURE

J. A. LePrince

This author argues the necessity of liberal interpretation of laws. The Health Officer can then be able to use prevention at malarial sources beyond his borders. He urges co-operation of the health officer in drainage plannings and suggests value of permanent improvements, following, of course, study of local conditions.
